As part of investment in our HR/Workforce service, an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Organisational Development Practitioner to join our Organisational Development (OD) team at Knowsley Council has arisen.

Have you got a proven track record of leading innovative, inclusive and impactful OD and cultural change programmes?
If so, you may be the perfect candidate for this role.
This exciting role will primarily work within the ‘Learning Academy’ area of the team to develop an embed a robust learning offer and growing and lead the development of our learning culture.
You will have experience of working across different OD functions such as leadership, talent management, employee engagement, equality diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and learning and developing and implementing people development and OD projects, measuring their effectiveness.
You will also be a strong team player, have the ability to manage conflicting demands simultaneously. Your passion for Organisational Development and strong project management and data analysis skills with attention to detail on specific work programmes will shine through.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, delivery and evaluation of a range of Organisational Development and Learning interventions bringing about culture change, driving an inclusive employee experience, and growing our learning culture working with the wider service as required. They will also support the development and implementation of our People Strategy and continuous and proactively look for new and improved ways of doing things, staying ahead of the latest thinking in the OD field.
