The Governors of Linacre Primary School would like to appoint 2 x 1:1 TA role to support a pupil. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant who can make a difference to children's lives.  

The successful candidate will need to be

• Commited to supporting an inclusive learning environment.
• Committed to ensuring children achieve their full potential in acquiring the essential skills needed in reading, writing and numeracy
• Committed to raising standards and reducing the barriers to learning
• Experienced in supporting pupils who have special needs and behavioural difficulties
• Committed to working in partnership with colleagues, other professionals and families

This post is temporary in the first instance until 31.8.25 or sooner if funding should stop for the individual pupil.  

Due to the nature of work the above post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of
Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and appointment will only be
confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Criminal Records Bureau.
