Lead Ranger Maintenance
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Lead Ranger Maintenance Supervisor, Grade G to work in the Land Management Team, within Green Sefton.
Green Sefton provides our communities with a clean, green Borough including parks and greenspaces, nature reserves, trees, and woodlands, play and recreational facilities, municipal golf courses and our coast, beaches, and countryside, which include specially protected sites and landscapes, all benefitting the health and wellbeing of residents, visitors, local businesses, and nature itself.
The role involves staff supervision, scheduling and delegating works, considering health & safety issues, general administration, and working outdoors undertaking a wide range of tasks of Coast & Countryside maintenance, using a variety of tools, machinery, and equipment, supporting volunteers, and dealing with the public.
The role sits in Green Sefton, within In House Operational Services and is based in the Cambridge Rd operational depot as a main base but providing boroughwide support as required.
