The Assets Service is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor who will assist in the management of the Council’s land and property.  The Council has a diverse property portfolio including land, offices and commercial properties and you would be responsible for carrying out day to day management including lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations and assisting with a wide range of property matters. The role requires RICS Chartered Status, however, would consider applications if you have extensive  experience within the property sector, a comprehensive package of training and support is available to assist employees with their career development and progression.
