Sefton Arc, a unique service provided by Sefton Council, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. We offer a variety of services to support both council-wide initiatives and external customers, including Electrical, Alarms, Careline, and an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

Role: Operations Officer

As an integral part of our central team, the Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing procedures and systems that ensure the effective, efficient, and compliant running of our services. This is a highly collaborative position that offers a fantastic opportunity to combine effective communication and organizational skills with a passion for commercial and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support projects in collaboration with the Service Manager.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, contractors, and the Local Authority to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Champion a culture of cooperation and teamwork to achieve shared goals in support of corporate and divisional priorities.
  • Encourage and enable individuals and teams to maximize their capacity and facilitate effective day-to-day operations.

Skills:

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
