Job Overview
Active Sefton are looking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team.
The Development Officer will be responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive programme of sport and physical activity programmes linked to the priorities of Sefton Council (through Active Sefton). This role will specifically include working on targeted programmes, such as 1-2-1 referral programmes working with children, young people and adults in a variety of settings to improve their mental and physical wellbeing through sport and physical activity. Additionally, the post holder will support with programmes that aim to reduce antisocial behaviour in the local area. The role of a Development Officer will empower individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles, boost their confidence and enhance overall quality of life.
