Personal Assistant - CSC
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive team within Sefton Children’s Services as a Personal Assistant PA.
The role of PA is crucial to the running of our services. You will support senior officers and proactively contribute to the efficiency of their time by providing comprehensive support systems and acting as first point of contact.
You will produce, collate and distribute documents including agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations and maintain secure and effective data recording and filing systems.
We want someone efficient and highly professional who can support with a variety of support tasks including progress chasing, preparing papers/agendas/reports, document management etc. to agreed timeframes.
