Commissioning Officer

Commissioning Officer (Adult Social Care)

Sefton’s Adult Social Care Commissioning Team have an exciting opportunity available for a Commissioning Officer. You will support the Strategic Commissioning Manager on a range of strategic priorities across commissioning with a current focus on Supported Living and Extra Care Housing.

The post will work within the ASC Commissioning Team, and you will need an excellent understanding of commissioning, a well-developed commissioning skill set and experience in delivering commissioning outcomes to a range of vulnerable people or groups within Adult Social Care. You will support the commissioning function to ensure that a strategic approach is taken, in line with Council priorities and with local and national policy objectives.
