Customer Service Advisor - One Stop Shop
An opportunity has become available in Customer Services. We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work from our Southport One Stop Shop which is currently based in The Atkinson – the post will be strictly office-based and extensive training will be delivered from our Bootle One Stop Shop, based in Stanley Road Bootle.
The successful candidate will predominately work from our Southport office, however there will be occasions when they will be required to work in Bootle.
This role will primarily be responsible for:
- Offering face-to-face advice for a wide range of Council services
- Providing customers with a high-quality customer service experience
- Assisting with Council Tax, Blue Badge, Parking and Benefit enquiries
- Ensuring all documents submitted by customers are thoroughly checked and scanned.
- Updating various core databases and ensuring all aspects of General Data Protection Regulations are maintained.
While working in The Atkinson, most of the enquiries handled will be by appointment and drop-in arrangements are in place when working in Bootle One Stop Shop,
