The Organisational Development Team supports the council to have a skilled, flexible and agile workforce. There are three strands to the OD team, Employee Experience, Leadership and Talent and Learning Academy. The Employee Experience workstream covers Culture Change, Employee Voice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Exit, Induction, Reward and Recognition and Wellbeing.
As OD Graduate Employee Experience in the Organisational Development team you will have an opportunity to work on developing and implementing projects and initiatives across Employee Experience. This will be a rewarding but challenging role. We are looking for applicants who value inclusion want to ensure staff have a positive experience when working for the council.
