Finance Assistant
Administrative, Full Time:
Sefton Council, Bootle, Merseyside, Children Services, Magdalen House.
Introducing ourselves:
Priority will be given in the first instance to any applications received from Council staff that are formally 'at risk'.
Job requirements:
There is a permanent, full time vacancy in our Children Services, Business Support Team.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing admin support for the team including:
- Supporting the team with the Sefton Liquid Logic database, contrOCC, Agresso, Capita One system and I Want Finance.
- Typing, telephone duties and any other admin duties with the teams.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The post requires the ability to be able to work under pressure in a team setting.
- A flexible approach is necessary.
