Fixed Term for 2 Years
The Financial Management Service monitors and supports the delivery of the Council’s financial strategy and aims to ensure the effective allocation of the Council’s financial resources to deliver the Council’s vision for Knowsley.
You will be part of team providing financial management support to Council service mangers delivering services to Knowsley residents. This will include budget setting, budget monitoring, closure of accounts, and the provision of financial advice. You will gain a sound understanding of various financial processes and key finance processes.
You must be a qualified graduate in a relevant subject area. You should have relevant experience to demonstrate that you meet the requirements of the Job Description and Person Specification.
