Knowsley School Attendance Service is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Statutory Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated; successful and growing School Attendance Service Team.
The Role:
To work in the School Attendance Service with the administration of Penalty Notice, involving speaking to parents and schools, working with the licencing of children who perform involving speaking to parents and agents.
Working within the administration of Attendance prosecutions putting together court packs and liaising with the courts to arrange summons.
To work within the Children missing Education process to input pupil level information and liaise with schools and other professionals.
The successful candidate will be part of a hardworking, well-managed and supportive team. The importance of personal development will be delivered through regular supervision and team meetings.
