Delivery Planning and Performance Reporting Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Performance, Research and Evaluation Team within the Combined Authority. This involves leading on Delivery Planning and Performance Reporting within the Authority.
This is a 12 month fixed term vacancy.
The key responsibilities will involve:
- •Assisting service areas to develop robust delivery plans which include activities and milestones to support the achievement of the Corporate Plan
- •Tracking delivery progress, key performance indicators and outcomes achieved against a range of metrics
- •Identifying and reporting on under-performance and actions needed to address change and risks arising
- •Presenting data collated in accessible reports and dashboards for a range of audiences including individual teams through to the Executive Leadership Team
- •Preparing reports for the CA and presenting performance reports at Portfolio Boards
- •Ensuring effective processes and systems are in place to evidence progress in delivering strategic objectives and reporting on operational business management data (via the Corporate Health Dashboards)
- •Optimising the visualisation of performance data

The successful person will play a key role in shaping and embedding a culture of performance management, continuous improvement and responsive evidence-based change across the organisation.
We are looking for an individual who has great management and leadership skills; strong analytical expertise with an attention to detail; someone who can plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet challenging deadlines; and work collaboratively with teams across the organisation using discretion and initiative.
