The SEND Team is a statutory service that coordinates assessment and delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP’s), including provision and placement, for children and young people from 0-25 years old.

Operating in a person-centred approach the team works from their base in Nutgrove Villa.  Ensuring that statutory functions are met and working in partnership with colleagues across health and social care, is a fundamental component of providing our children, young people and their families with a high standard service.

A highly sought-after SEND Funding Monitoring Officer post is now available. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a vibrant team with a shared passion and vision to improve the quality of EHCP’s, provision and outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
