Recruitment Engagement Coordinator
About the Role
We’re excited to offer a new opportunity to develop, deliver and monitor recruitment engagement activities to attract talent and enhance the diversity of our workforce.
The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator will develop and actively participate in a wide range of activities, interacting with stakeholders across the Liverpool City Region to facilitate the matching of local talent with potential career opportunities within the Combined Authority.
This is a fixed Term Contract / Secondment opportunity for 12 months
You’ll be responsible for:
- •Creating relationships – seeking out opportunities to work with community groups and professional leads from different organisations to raise awareness of the Combined Authority as an employer of choice
- •Analysis of recruitment data – focus on analysis of our current recruitment data and translation to provide evidence of how our recruitment and selection processes need to be more inclusive
- •Implementation of attraction engagement activities – introducing new initiatives, with an aim to promote employment opportunities across the Liverpool City Region
About the person
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR recruitment processes and procures and will have successfully created engagement opportunities (either within a recruitment or community setting). You’ll be comfortable presenting data and preparing reports that will contribute to setting future aims and objectives for the organisation.
