About the Role

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is proud to be one of the select UK partners working with Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Innovation Teams programme. We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Innovation Team and help drive evidence-based innovation across the region.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, policy, and public service innovation. You’ll play a key role in analysing complex datasets, identifying actionable insights, and supporting the development of innovative solutions to some of the region’s most pressing challenges, from economic inclusion to climate resilience.

 

About the person

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • - Curious, analytical, and passionate about using data to solve complex problems
  • - Experienced in data analysis, interpretation, and visualisation
  • - Experienced in combining qualitative and quantitative inputs and interpreting both
  • - Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to identify the key messages from quantitative data analysis
  • - Experienced in communicating and presenting data, and the key messages from that data, in a clear and digestible format to non-expert audiences
  • - A collaborative team player who can work in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
  • - Committed to addressing complex societal challenges including climate change and other key challenges
