Our Team:

Our Clerical Officers are crucial to the smooth running of our care homes within Adult Social Care, providing vital administrative support to the Registered Manager and ensuring an organised and efficient environment for staff and residents.

14.50 hours per week - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm

You will be based at St Patricks Care home

Your Contributions:

  • 3 GCSEs Grade C or above including English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
  • General clerical experience, including experience of using electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
  • Ability to type and work towards tight deadlines.
  • Experience of using and inputting data into databases.
  • Possess an awareness of the importance of confidentiality within the Local Government.
