Business Support Assistant

You will be required to provide support to Heads of Service and Service Managers within Children’s Social Care.

The role involves managing calendars, taking minutes at both professional and service meetings, maintaining the service trackers, and managing generic mailboxes.

You will be expected to handle and share confidential and sensitive information in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You should demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands, work accurately and efficiently under pressure, and possess strong IT skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

You may be the perfect candidate for this role.
