Liverpool City Council is dedicated to fostering innovation and operational excellence by utilising advanced technologies. We seek a M365 Tester to join our Strategy and Architecture team and help maximise the value and suitability of Dynamics365 and Microsoft 365 solutions.
The successful applicant will possess substantial expertise in the testing of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including but not limited to Dynamics, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and CoPilot. A thorough understanding of the technical dimensions of Microsoft 365—covering integration, customisation, and troubleshooting—is required, complemented by strong communication and mentoring abilities and a commitment to keeping abreast of emerging trends and updates within the M365 ecosystem.
The Role:
- As the M265 Tester you will collaborate with developers and end users to develop and implement test scripts aligned with business needs
- As the M265 Tester you will conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate software functionality
- As the M265 Tester you will identify and report defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- As the M265 Tester you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations with M365 and D365 applications and existing systems are fully tested
- As the M265 Tester you will utilise testing tools such as Azure Devops to ensure collaborative working with the developers
- As the M265 Tester you will maintain current knowledge of the latest developments and best practices related to M365
