About the Role
A vacancy has arisen for a Mechanical, Systems and Electrical (MSE) Maintenance Program Lead within the Maintenance Delivery team based at the Asset Management location in Wallasey.
This role is integral to the Maintenance Delivery Team who will act as the Principal Contractor for LCRCA when delivering maintenance and projects across all Mechanical, Systems and Electrical (MSE) assets.
This role will be responsible for all MSE asset performance by developing and implementing Planned Maintenance programs and delivering internal investment projects on time and in budget.
This role will contribute to strategic asset management and lifecycle of assets across the LCRCA estate.
The MSE team are the Statutory Compliance duty holders for all MSE related activities and will strive to continually improve Health and Safety of the team and trades by innovative use of technology and reviewing maintenance practices. The MSE Lead will report to the Maintenance Delivery Manager and supervise a team of engineers by setting standards then managing activities and performance.
Working hours are flexible across a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday inclusive.
About the person
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a Degree in an Engineering Discipline and/or a proven track record of efficiently managing MSE maintenance programs, teams and contractors to a high standard, whilst ensuring that the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of the team, customers and the public, is at the heart of everything you do.
