This is a newly created post which will be part of the Council’s Adult Social Care services. Adult Social Care services in Knowsley have recently been inspected as Good in all areas by the Care Quality Commission and this post will help strengthen and build upon our strong commitment to early intervention and prevention services by supporting older people and people with disabilities to live independently.
This post will require a detailed knowledge of independent living services (such as occupational therapy, the Disabled Facilities Grant programme and telecare) so if this describes you and you are passionate about improving people’s lives and enjoy working in a fast pace multidisciplinary environment then you may be the perfect candidate for this role.
