This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in a busy environment supporting the delivery of the Council’s Choice Based Lettings Allocations Scheme. You will have responsibility for delivering comprehensive administrative support for Choice Based Lettings, including assisting customers with housing applications, assessing complex cases, and resolving advanced queries. Experience of maintaining accurate system records is essential.

With a commitment to continuous professional development and team work, you must be able to demonstrate skills in developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy decisions along with the ability to present information to a wide variety of people.
