This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in a busy environment supporting the delivery of the Council’s Choice Based Lettings Allocations Scheme. Working in the CBL team you will primarily be responsible for the assessment of applications to Property Pool Plus alongside other duties related to the administration of the CBL Scheme. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, must be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a pressurised environment and be able to manage conflicting demands. The ability to make decisions within a policy framework and attention to detail are also key requirements.
