Location: Sefton ARC, 209 Linacre Lane, Bootle, L20 6AD
About Us: At Sefton ARC, we deliver NSI Gold accredited security solutions, NICEIC-approved electrical services, and a TSA-accredited Careline Service. We’re passionate about providing exceptional service and keeping our community safe.
The Role:
We’re looking for casual ARC Operators to support our team when needed. This flexible role is perfect if you want to work as and when required, covering shifts during busy periods, holidays, or sickness.
You’ll help manage our multi-functional Alarm Receiving Centre, handling:
- Careline calls
- Lone worker monitoring
- Alarm activations
- Incident response across the borough
Shift Pattern:
- Evenings & night shifts
- Flexible, based on service needs
What We’re Looking For:
- SIA license holder (essential)
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- Reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
