We are looking for a Senior Technical and Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Quality Assurance Team within Neighbourhood Services. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that our frontline services are delivered to the highest standards and in line with regulatory and corporate expectations.
About the Role
You will:
- Lead on the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance frameworks across a range of environmental and neighbourhood services.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to operational teams, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and concisely for various audiences and in multiple formats. Able to monitor and evaluate outcomes against performance indicators.
- Support the maintenance and development of our Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 compliance.
- Collaborate with service managers, frontline staff, and external partners to embed a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a technical or quality assurance role, ideally within a local authority or similar public service setting.
- Has practical experience of working with ISO 9001 or other recognised Quality Management Systems.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Is confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
