Our Team:
Environment Services plays a vital role in delivering a wide range of essential council functions. From keeping our streets clean and managing refuse collections, to maintaining our award-winning parks and open spaces, we take pride in caring for the local environment. Working within our Waste & Recycling services department, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient collection of household waste and recycling. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that strives for high standards, delivers excellent service and is continually working to improve the quality and sustainability of our services – helping to create cleaner, greener and more welcoming communities for everyone.


Hours: 37 per week


Your Contributions:
To undertake duties connected with the removal of domestic or commercial refuse from premises as directed.

- Experience in a waste related activities

- Communication skills

- A knowledge of waste collection practices
