Administration Officer
To commence on 23rd February or as soon as possible.
The Governors of St Elizabeth’s are looking to appoint a part-time Administration Officer to work in our busy school office. The role will be for 2 days per week initially (16 hours over the 2 days), job sharing the role with an experienced member of staff.
Your role will include:
- Acting as the 'front of house person', providing a warm welcome to all visitors.
- Using basic Microsoft Office programmes and our SIMS data management system.
- Providing general clerical and administrative support within the school office.
- Assisting with financial record-keeping and basic financial administration tasks.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the school’s administrative systems.
- Working collaboratively with both office and wider school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school.
- Managing correspondence, filing, and inputing data efficiently and accurately.
- Helping to organise school events and communications as required.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential as support will be provided as part of induction.
You must be committed to the whole school community and be prepared to be actively involved in the catholic life of the school.
