Admin Assistant
The School Improvement Team are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team based at Sefton Professional Development Centre (PDC) in Formby. No two days are the same and you'll be working with a small, friendly and supportive team.
The successful candidate will work 17.5 hours per week, term time only.
The hours of work will be:
- Monday 12pm to 5.30 pm
- Wednesday 9am to 1.30 pm
- Friday 8am to 4pm
The role:
As Administrator, your role will be to provide an efficient and effective administration service. It is essential that the person for this role has good communication skills is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and has a 'can do' approach to work. They must also be able to work independently, as part of a team and to be discreet when working with confidential and sensitive information.
- Key duties covering two main areas include:
- Provide an effective support service which incorporates all aspects of administration.
- Minute taking.
- Provide an effective support between the local authority and schools.
- Process and compose correspondence, record keeping and data input.
- Handle and record the day-to-day Finances, ICT, Health & Safety, Housekeeping.
Liaise with staff, collating information, and coordinating with relevant parties.
