Office Manager
Sefton Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead the operational management of our Corporate Learning Centre. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining financial oversight, people leadership, building and systems management, and service improvement.
You will play a key role in ensuring the Learning Centre operates efficiently and professionally, supporting our ambition to deliver high-quality learning and development opportunities across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in managing staff and financial systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Learning and Development environments is desirable.
