About the Role
The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is committed to delivering a wide range of projects and programmes and data is at the heart of this ambition. As a Data Systems & Information Manager, you’ll lead the development and management of our Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring robust data governance and insightful reporting that drives evidence based decision making across the organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Assurance Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee data operations for a wide range of funding streams, providing high-quality reports and dashboards for senior leaders, boards, and stakeholders. This is a strategic role that blends technical expertise with leadership, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across all projects and programmes.

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in scrupulous data management and governance. Experienced in managing Management Information System and leading teams, you combine analytical skills with strategic thinking to deliver accurate, timely insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging confidently with stakeholders and promoting best practices in data quality and compliance.
