This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in one of the most exciting transformations in the Liverpool City Region.

You’ll be part of a region-leading transport authority at a pivotal moment, helping to deliver smarter, more connected and more inclusive travel across the Liverpool City Region. This is a role where your work will be visible, meaningful and genuinely transformational.

As Ticketing Data Manager, you’ll help change how people travel in the region, including introducing new tap-and-go ticketing for different types of transport. You’ll use data analysis to shape and improve ticketing services, ensuring customer experiences are evidence-led, accessible, and continuously enhanced.

You’re a confident problem-solver who thrives on leveraging data to enhance smart ticketing solutions and improve customer experiences. You’re adept at using analytics and CRM systems to inform decisions and are energised by the challenge of modernising public transport through innovative, data-driven approaches.

You have the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and thrive in a changing, innovative environment as well as excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders
