Technical Officer- Smart Ticketing
About the Role
As a Technical Officer (Smart Ticketing) you will report directly to the Principal Solution Architect (Smart Ticketing) to provide support for Smart Ticketing solutions as part of the Digital Services team.
You will be responsible for proactive support of the Smart Ticketing environment, working closely with Transport Solutions team colleagues to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business.
You will provide support, guidance and escalation routes for Service Centre colleagues.
This is a hybrid role allowing a mix of onsite (minimum 2 days per week) and remote working to best suit business needs.

We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- - Hands-on experience working with Smart Ticketing solutions
- - Working knowledge of ITSO Smart Ticketing technologies and systems
- - An understanding of the public transport network
- - Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to manage changing priorities
- - A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting others
- - A positive approach to maintaining a healthy work-life balance
