Town Council Cleaner

Principal Location:  Arncliffe Sports & Community Centre, Arncliffe Road, Halewood, Liverpool 
L26 9PA

Salary  Basic: Scp. 2–3 £24,413 - £24,796 (pro-rata) 
Local Government Pension Scheme is available and Local Government 
terms of pay & conditions apply. 

Permanent / Part Time: 10 hours per week (primarily 7 am – 9am Monday - Friday) 
Annual Leave:  23 days (minimum) plus bank and public holidays (all pro-rata) 

Halewood Town Council is committed to providing a responsive quality service to the residents of Halewood and currently has a vacancy for a part time Cleaner for 10 hours per week, primarily based at the Arncliffe Sports and Community Centre, Arncliffe Road. 

The primary purpose of the post is, at all times, working as part of the Town Council staff team, to be a representative Halewood Town Council: to the community, its stakeholders and partners, providing cost effective, high quality services and amenities which reflects the interest and expectations of the Halewood community, in accordance with the wishes and powers of the Town Council. 

Specifically, the post holder is responsible for ensuring that Town Council premises and play parks are a clean and safe environment for Users, and as necessary, for the security of the premises and its contents.
