Making a Difference as a Clerical Officer in an Intermediate Care Support Setting
Our Clerical Officers are critical to our teams. When you join us, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and assist professional members of our Contact Cares service and work alongside our Community Care Support Managers based in Brookfield.
We are seeking to employ a part time Clerical Officer who enjoys working with adults aged 18+. The aim of our service is to provide short term intermediate care for residents in the St. Helens borough, supporting people with their care and support needs to ensure that the best outcomes are provided to our service users, their families and carers
The Clerical Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and must be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel and provide reception duties including liaising with service users, families and visiting professionals. A willingness to learn the team’s priorities and respond effectively to varying demands is essential - this is an exciting opportunity to enjoy a varied and diverse working environment. This will be an opportunity for you to utilise existing skills and develop new ones. You will receive continuous support, development, and career progression opportunities on your journey with us.
