The Governing Body of Newton-le-Willows Primary School and Nursery are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic, inspirational and committed Middle Leader, to become part of an ambitious Middle Leadership Team to build on our school successes and drive us forward.

You will need to be an outstanding class teacher with aspiration and/or experience of being a strategic leader who:
- Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to share this expertise with colleagues
- Has a clear strategic vision with a successful record of inspirational subject and/or cohort leadership
- Is committed to supporting and driving our school ethos and values

- Is dynamic and motivational with a proven record of developing teaching and learning
- Is committed to improving outcomes for all groups of pupils, including those who are disadvantaged

- Leads by example and can demonstrate a commitment to raising standards
- Understands how children learn best and never would give up on them

- Will promote effective management of pupil behaviour and safeguard the welfare of children
- Is able to inspire, motivate, challenge and support staff to be part of an outstanding team

- Is a team player
- Is an excellent, engaging communicator who will develop strong relationships with children, families and the wider community and make a significant contribution the wider life of the school
