Making a Difference as a Clerical Officer
Our Clerical Officers play a vital role in supporting our services and making a real difference to the lives of our residents. An opportunity has arisen to join our Direct Payments Team, where you will provide essential administrative support to ensure positive outcomes for service users in receipt of care.
The Direct Payments Team is based at Atlas House and Forster House, and we are seeking to appoint a part-time Clerical Officer to support the day-to-day operation of the service.
Working Pattern - Wednesday afternoon Thursday – all day Friday – all day
About the Role
As a Clerical Officer, you will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the team. You will be involved in a wide range of duties, supporting the smooth running of the service and responding to varying and often competing priorities.
You will need to be confident in using Microsoft Office applications.
A willingness to learn, adapt, and engage with the team’s priorities is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied and busy environment.
