Making A Difference as A Business Admin Apprentice within St Helens Safeguarding Children’s Partnership (SCP)
St Helens Safeguarding Children Partnership Business Team are seeking to appoint a Business Admin Apprentice to join our hard working, dynamic and enthusiastic Team. The role is temporary for 21 Months, whilst undertaking a Level 3 Business Admin Qualification.
The SCP Business Team supports the multi-agency response to safeguarding children within the borough, working with a variety of professionals from Children’s Social Care, Police, Health and Education. It is important to understand that the role involves exposure to sensitive safeguarding matters including cases where children may be at risk or subjected to serious harm.
We are looking for applicants with:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Have good interpersonal skills
Good IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft
A basic awareness of safeguarding children
You will be required to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, for which you will be given full training and support. Working alongside experienced staff, both in the office and remotely, you will build up knowledge and develop many transferable skills.
The successful candidate won’t be alone in their goal to have a positive impact on the lives of the children within St Helens; they will have all the support they need from the whole team.
