Broad Oak Primary School is looking for a caring, committed and kind Level 2 Learning Assistant (initially fixed term until August 2027) to join our team. You’ll be working alongside our fantastic KS1 staff team to offer high quality support for all.
This role would suit both new and experienced LSAs. For us, it’s not about how long you’ve been in the role – it’s about finding the right person. We want someone who really cares, who will build strong relationships with our children and families, and who will help our children grow in confidence, independence and happiness.
You’ll work in Y1 playing a big part in day-to-day learning, development and wellbeing for all.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a real passion for helping every child shine in their own way
Builds warm, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
Is committed to helping every child do their very best
Is resilient, adaptable and takes each day as it comes
