Inclusion Manager
Full Time - Permanent. Required for September 2023.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Linaker Primary School. The governors are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Inclusion Manager with a passion for inclusive education.
Our children are looking for..
- An inclusion manager who believes that all children can succeed, regardless of background.
- A highly talented, dynamic and approachable leader who is passionate about learning for all.
- Someone who has strong strategic leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining and further developing high standards of teaching and learning, enabling each and every child to flourish and grow.
What the school offers its staff
Linaker is a flourishing school and an exciting place to grow as a pupil, teacher or as a leader. This is underpinned by our 6 core values, which are supported throughout the curriculum - Respect, Resilience, creativity, curiosity, trust and compassion. We recognise these as the basis of our relationships with each other, with the local community and with the world around us, and they support our school mission statement of ‘Together we flourish and grow.’
It is our belief that when our children leave to take the next steps in their lives that they take with them a love of learning, a curiosity about the world, the ability to care about others and a confidence that they can reach their future aspirations.
We have a caring ethos towards the well-being of our pupils and all of those who are involved with the school. We are at the heart of the community, and encourage a sense of belonging for all pupils, staff, families and governors, as we work together with one aim, to make our school the best it can be.
The governing body is proactive and supportive. It consists of a dedicated group of people who have a range of skills and experiences. It strives to be as effective as it can in its role of monitoring the progress of the school, to continuously raise the standards for all pupils and the quality of the education.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. Please email recruitment@linaker.org.uk to request a visit.
Due to the nature of work the post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Criminal Records Bureau.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
