Social Work Apprenticeship Programme Co-ordinator (Childrens Social Care) Role
As the Apprenticeship Coordinator you will have the pleasure of working with committed members of our workforce who are focused on a career in Childrens Social Care; you will promote, manage, and coordinate the Children’s Social Care Apprenticeship Programme. This work will involve managing relationships with universities and training providers and internal service managers to identify areas that can utilise apprentices to support succession planning, developing placement pathways across all service areas. You will develop and deliver support sessions providing wrap around support in ensuring successful completion of the Social Work Degree Apprenticeship qualification. Organising and delivering development events and regular catch ups with managers as well as apprentices. You will have the opportunity to work creatively in navigating new ways of working with time to nurture and coach Apprentices throughout their journey.
