The reableameant service will sit along Rapid Response Service Knowsley Reablement Service within the wider Health and Social Care Services, and supports service users to achieve goals to get back to base line to become independley as possible .

You will be working intially shifts will be 6pm-10pm monday  to Friday and or 8-2  or 4-10 at weekends 

The successful applicants will be responsible for supporting people within their own home to be become as independent as possible and will promote the use of assistive technology to maximise independence.

The successful applicants will require the knowledge and understanding of Health & Social Care Organisations including experience of working to national care standards or willing to work towards .  And a qualification at  NVQ Level II in Care or a related subject or equivalent or willing to work towards.

Must have access to a vechicle or alternative mode of transport as this post is brough wide.

Extra payments for weekends and evenings.
