Senior Landscape Surveyor

Knowsley Council is undertaking an ambitious investment programme to improve the quality of its school playing fields and outdoor areas and is seeking an experienced landscape architect to manage this programme. 

If you have experience of managing major landscape improvements, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic local authority and make a difference. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of a wide range of landscape projects, line management of a small landscape team (2 officers) and managing all aspects of the project works from inception to delivery and final completion. 

You will need excellent project management skills and be capable of working with limited supervision together with a proven track record of managing landscape contracts, contractors, clients and stakeholders. Hybrid working is supported subject to business need.
