We are currently recruiting (full time and part time) staff to join our friendly customer services team here at Halton Direct Link. As a One Stop Shop Officer, you will deliver a range of council services to our customers.

You will have experience of dealing with customers in a face to face capacity or over the telephone, have excellent customer service skills together with the ability to quickly recognise and deal with customer needs. Ideally you will be experienced in the delivery of one or more of the councils services and be used to working in a team environment although not essential for the right candidate.
