Wraparound Care Coordinator
About the role / service
Could you be our wraparound care co-ordinator? You will work collaboratively with teams across the council as well as with schools, families and childcare providers (including private providers, childminders, community and voluntary organisations and early years settings) to deliver the governments Wraparound Childcare Programme for Halton Borough Council. The role will lead on the assessment of supply and demand and expand wraparound childcare provision that is accessible to children and families, including those with SEND. You will be required to visit providers across Halton Borough Council and also attend national and regional networking events in relation to the Wraparound Programme.

About you
You will have: · Experience of working within a project co-ordination capacity · Experience of collaborative working with a range of practitioners and agencies. · Knowledge of current legislative frameworks for working with children, young people, families and vulnerable adults. · Strong interpersonal skills · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to maintain accurate records and use data to develop and monitor performance · A Full driving Licence and access to transport.· Be able to work as part of a team
