About the Role:
Working collaboratively with managers, you will support the development and delivery of resourcing strategies, lead on the development of recruitment plans and deliver expert candidate attraction activities informed by our People Strategy. You will proactively manage the full recruitment life cycle and provide strategic solutions to ensure that Liverpool City Region Combined Authority are best placed to attract candidates.
You will be supported in a highly motivated environment that is focused on driving continuous improvement, with a view to lead service excellence to both our internal and external stakeholders. A high-quality candidate experience will be central to the service we provide.
You will actively make use of wider and internal recruitment data to highlight any issues and identify opportunities to make meaningful change. We are committed to breaking down barriers to employment and increasing the diversity of our workforce.
You will have an outward, forward-thinking approach, and an aptitude for creativity and problem solving. You will have experience of creating a solutions focused culture and can confidently implementing change.
