Leisure Assistant/ Lifeguard
33 hours per week (includes evenings & weekend work)
Meadows is a key leisure facility in Sefton with a variety of facilities including two swimming pools, a fitness suite, aerobics studio, spin studio, library and IT suite and meeting rooms, welcoming hundreds of thousands of visitors to the site every year.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team of Leisure Assistants/ Lifeguards, who will be dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service to our valued customers.
For the role of Leisure Assistant, applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must be flexible towards working hours and have a keen interest in the Leisure industry. An up-to-date NPLQ qualification is an essential criteria and other leisure qualifications would be considered an advantage. As well as being responsible for the supervision of the pool and other areas around the facility you will be responsible for the safety of facility users, setting up and maintaining equipment plus a variety of other duties including cleaning and maintenance.
Evening and weekend work is an essential part of the post.
