The DCBL Stadium in Halton is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work within the events team. You will report to the Events Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of various events.

 

About the role / service

The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day upkeep of the reception area is to a high standard that shows the DCBL Stadium to be the best it can be. It will also involve the invoicing of all Stadium Events is kept up to date and that all monies owed are clearly identified and payment is chased along with overseeing the day-to-day security, fire prevention including assisting with emergency response and evacuations and other safety systems.

 

About you

You will be a highly-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, excellent IT Skills and the ability to deal with competing demands. You will possess good time management skills, be flexible, and be able to work under your own initiative to tight deadlines
