Short Breaks Support Worker (Casual)

An exciting opportunity has arisen working with the Aiming High Short Breaks team.

 

You will be required to assist in the delivery of a programme of activities during the school holidays.  Aiming High supports children and young people with additional and complex needs and their families. 

 

You will be part of team. You will ensure that children and young people are fully supported and engaged in activities.  You will be guided by the child’s care plan. 

 

Excellent communication skills are essential.  You will fully engage children into the activities on offer. You will be flexible, motivated and committed.  You must have a passion for improving the lives of children and their families.

 

You will be required to undertake relevant training.  You will be required to attend team meetings, follow good practice and contribute to a wide-ranging programme of activities.

 

This is a casual role.  Hours will be available during school holidays, evenings and weekends.
