Early Years Teaching Assistant Level 3
The governors, staff and pupils of St Robert Bellarmine Primary School are looking for a committed, talented and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding EYFS team.

We are seeking to appoint a Reception Teaching Assistant who will:
- Work with children to support their learning and general physical development
- Undertake general duties under the instruction of the class teacher to support the aims and ethos of St Robert Bellarmine Primary school.
- Have experience of working in an Early Years setting
- Be creative in approach and provide opportunities to develop children’s learning.
- Have the ability to think on their feet and use their initiative
- Be a team player and demonstrate a flexible approach.
- Be willing (subject to training) to provide intimate care, manual handling and first aid.
- Participate fully in all aspects of school life.
- Be motivated, passionate and reflective about their work.
- Show a commitment to professional development and the skills to engage positively with staff, parents/carers and families
This position is for 1st September 2024. It is subject to meeting the expectations of the job description for the probationary period of 12 months.
The closing date is Friday 14th June 2024 at noon.
Interviews and a short lesson observation will take place week commencing 17th June 2024.
